Summary: This is fairly AU. Not in terms of the plot of s1 but in terms of relationships. If I explain anymore it'll spoil the fic. Just, suspend canon belief for a bit.

A/N: Written for the Challenge 4: idfic. The prompt is 'aliens make them do it' or 'sex pollen' (is it sex pollen if sex fleas are involved?). This fits. Sort of. I was always crap at plot. Also, only I can take a fic that started with an idea of a puppy with sex fleas and make it an angst fest. *facepalm*
