I hope you had a good break, everyone. The Amnesty is now over, and it's back to business as usual!
This fortnight's prompt is something I've always wanted to have a go at: writing a story within a time limit, in this case sixty minutes. Bang it out as fast as you can! It's the ultimate flashfic.
But assuming that doesn't appeal to you, there's also the option of writing about sixty minutes. Is there a sixty minute alien invasion? Is it the countdown on the bomb or the length of the timeloop? Or perhaps how long Jack has to wait for his morning coffee... or some stopwatch antics?
Maybe you want to spin it another way, by remixing Gone in Sixty Seconds (it takes longer to hijack spaceships :) or Nick of Time, or having Torchwood go public and appearing on 60 Minutes.
Think outside the box and as timey-wimey as you please!
The clock is now officially ticking -- the 60 Minutes challenge will close in two weeks, on Sunday 24th January.
Please drop by and give us more prompt suggestions for future challenges. You can comment over on the prompt post.
